Me

You know you are in professional, experienced, and safe hands; I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a PCC. I have close to 24 years of experience in the people space, including HR, Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Talent Assessment. I have worked across sectors such as Telecommunications, Diversified Conglomerates, Consulting, and Hospitality; I have assessed and held development conversations with leaders in the Pharma, Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, and Not-for-Profit sectors.

My coaching experience spans 15 years, with clients across all levels—senior professionals, middle managers, high-potential leaders, founders in the start-up space, and early-stage companies. They represent a range of sectors, including BFSI, interactive media, and retail, among others.

I am particularly passionate about working with women at all life stages to help them live fulfilled lives with a sense of completeness.

I live in Mumbai with my family; I enjoy staying mentally and physically fit through yoga, CrossFit, pickleball, as well as writing and painting.

Yutori Leadership - partnering in “spacious thinking”.

My journey with coaching began more than a decade and a half ago while building experience in the talent and leadership development space, working with exceptional companies and memorable teams. Since then, I have been on a continuous journey of deepening my skills and presence for those I work with.

I have always been driven by a sincere desire for internal and external alignment in my own life—to experience a sense of inner peace, fulfillment, and accomplishment. While not necessarily the absence of fear, I have sought to reach my own version of personal excellence and success despite it. I strive to understand my strengths and use them in the service of something greater than myself.

It took time to find the name “Yutori Leadership”. I struggled to accurately describe what it feels like to be coached - until I came across the Japanese word “Yutori”.

There is no direct English translation for “Yutori.” It can be understood as a sense of spaciousness in how we think and live - a state of expanded energy and ease. It reflects having enough peace of mind to fully experience life without constant pressure.

A coaching conversation with me is a strong partnership, where you will find yourself in a 'flow state'. It moves you from 'doing' to 'being'. As a coach, I am deeply present with you, guided by silence, intuition, and deep listening—to you as a whole, and not just the topic you bring into the session. It's a space that allows you to move in the direction you choose.
